Introduction

As part of the great continuous efforts of Ahrar leadership led by Mr. Ayad Jamal Aldin for the rehabilitation and organization of the Iraqi grass-roots and elite within launching his first direct actions and preparation for the next phase, as Iraqis will build their future by their hands and in order to make this communication productive and extensive so Ahrar’s theme will be accepted by all communities especially the independent, vulnerable and marginalized ones because the Iraqi man is the objective and ambition of Ahrar to achieve his growth, prosperity, security and stability, this does not come from a vacuum but in terms of strong readable visions and solid leader, that work with bright thoughts and non-limited prospect after our country broke terrorism fabrications and defeated death and sectarianism, therefore all literature and acts of Ahrar will come as a cry of anger and rejection of all life killers, this is represented by renewal and containment of all nobles and the good people of Iraq.
In a bid to consolidate this herculean effort, find ways to ensure unity and establish rights and freedom advocated by the leader of Ahrar Mr. Ayad Jamal Aldin in more than one forum and place, so the announcement on Camp Al-Tahaddi (challenge) through direct sponsorship of Ahrar leader and members and in cooperation of civil society organizations is a genuine result for confidence-building among various people communities and to push others to follow the great leading step aimed to bring Iraq towards the path of progress.


Camps are no longer a place where the individual or group enjoy a time for recreation or entertainment only, they have become an effective means to contribute to a comprehensive education, the most important objectives of the camps as follows:


• Development and keeping physical skills by:
o life in the open fresh air
o the exercise of good health rules as practice of various physical activity or intellectual and cultural training
o self building and peaceful coexistence.
• development of mental health by spending a period of time in an atmosphere of calm and comfort and away from the mental stress resulting from work and its circumstances.
• development of capacities and social relations as a result of the individual participation with his colleagues in the various activities and cooperation with them to accomplish the various actions.
• The practice of democratic life, where people live together in cooperation dominated by the democratic spirit, breaking inequality between individuals in terms of social level, color, or religion, each one of them bear the responsibility, respect others, cooperate with and express views frankly, all of that is an exercise of democratic life in a community represents the community at large.
• individuals identify their environment and homeland, as the camps are held in various parts of the country.
• develop the capacity of self-reliance, taking responsibility and service to others.
• give the individual new skills and experiences, making him values the work carried out by individuals in normal life no matter how simple
• develop of recreational skills with educational, health and social values
• provide an opportunity for everyone to learn through practice and work, the individual in the camp learns by interaction with the educational situations.
• development of good leadership among individuals, because the chances of leadership training are significantly available only in the areas where the actual work and camps are considered the most effective fields among other areas.
• provide an opportunity for everyone to study and have experiments through observation and viewing.
• life in camps contribute to the promotion of faith and spiritual forces of the individual through reflection on nature and its Creator, as well as respect of natural phenomenon and human, appreciation of camp organization and management. The good organization will help officials to take advantage of potential human and material resources, coordination among them, overcome the difficulties that may arise, and have the organization directed to achieve the set objectives. Hence, the good organization will ensure the success of the camp in achieving its objectives.


Organizing the camp:
When organizing the camp, the basic measures that must be taken can be summarized (before, while and after camping) with the following:

First: Before Camping

The stage of planning and preparation, including:
• Planning
The advance planning of the camp is one of administrative functions; because it is the first step that precedes any action, it precedes all other functions. The preparation for the camp before going there and during its days is an important process and its success or failure depends to a large extent on it, it determines the human and material needs, the preparation of its program and evaluation.

If the planning is the first step, then next one should be goal-setting, and the camps have many goals and objectives that we seek to achieve, identified goals help to determine the appropriate place, means and capabilities, it also helps to build agendas, and so on.

When selecting the location of the camp it is necessary to be appropriate and meet the following conditions:
• not to be in low land.
• be in a location easy to access.
• must meet the necessary requirements; such as clean drinkable water and good for bathing, food supplies and wood
• to be away from housing and places of noise, odor and dust.
• to be close to centers of various essential services; such as health services.
• to be close to a vast land to be used as playgrounds
• full security and protection is required.
• to be in a place with beautiful scenery and near a historic area with excellent value.


We have to approach the stakeholders to obtain the necessary permits to set up the camp and also the permits of parents in the event of a school camp.

Determine the number of participants help to set the appropriate program; It also helps to limit the potential requirements.


Identify camp requirements as there are needs for the individual, forerunners and team such as foodstuffs, stationery, first aid, and other things (cooking utensils, rope, wood, etc.).

Preparation of the program: the program of the camp and its activities are the cornerstone in making the camp delivers its described educational aims, give participants useful skills and achieve overall growth for them, therefore it is necessary to organize the program of the camp in line with its objectives, place, duration, and proposed budget. It usually includes many recreational activities, including sports, scouting, artistic, cultural and social ones.


The conditions to be met in the program are as follows:
• to meet the needs of participants according to the developmental characteristics.
• be appropriate with the needs of the environment and its circumstances.
• to meet the needs of the local community.
• to be flexible, be modified as required by the circumstances and newly available positions.
• to be very attractive and balanced.


Supervisory and the training authority: the basic elements of the organization (leadership) is supervision and training board, its goal is to identify activities and business assigned to positions then relations between them and how to flow the work through the tasks and responsibilities applied by referring to the management of the camp. This regulatory step is necessary in any collective action.

While camping:

The implementation phase:
• the participants divided into various groups and distribution of work among them after the completion of their arrival to the place of the camp
• identify the various activities and work involved in the camp and they can be identified as the following:
o Program Committee and the Management Committee
o and Supplies and Medical Committees
• distribution of some of above work on the groups alternatively in order to allow everyone the opportunity to exercise numerous experiences provided by these acts.
• identify the time for implementation of program activities which had been prepared previously


In order to implement the camp’s activities smoothly, it requires taking the following measures:
• use the best weather conditions.
• work to take advantage of available resources.
• be always ready for unexpected situations.
• improve the relationship with all parties that relate to the camp.
• providing objectivity, simplicity, flexibility and realism in this journey, and non-overlapping responsibilities
• provide order, financial and management control.
• good use of media and communications.


After Camping:

The stage of follow-up and implementation:
• review of supplies that were used and preparation of lists of missing and damaged items.
• clean the place of camping.
• ensure participants would return to their homes early.
• addressing a thank you letter to the owner of the place
• performance evaluation and making judgments by comparing the results reached with the goals set, then decision-making and reporting calendar ..

1. Strengthen ties between different cultures and groups in society and laying of the spirit of unity and altruism
2. Establish new rules in the process of self-establishment and building correct democratic systems
3. Build constructive and meaningful ideas to achieve the national supreme objectives
4. Define the great and high objectives of Ahrar.
5. Establish the principle of experience the leaders with different activities

Duration of the camp
Three days (Thursday + Friday + Saturday)

Venue of the Camp:

Babel province / center of the province / antiquities of Babylon city
Alternative location / safe area on the banks of Al-Hilla river at the suburbs of the city

Groups involved
The first phase / Iraqi figures and events as below in the first camp
The second phase / international, Arab, regional and Iraqi figures in the second camp

9. Leader model (review the biography of three leaders throughout the history)
